Police Find Child Pornography On New Jersey Mans Computer

In this day and age, where child pornography charges are alleged, the Internet is involved. By using the Internet New Jersey residents can communicate with almost anyone, especially internationally. The wider spectrum of communication can provide a large audience, but using the internet for communication can also easily catch the attention of local police, federal officials or even ones from states on the other side of the country.

A New Jersey man, who used the internet to communicate with adults and children, was arrested and charged in relation to child pornography accusations. The man allegedly used the internet to communicate with a 15-year-old male.

Officials claimed that the man convinced the minor boy to travel from New Jersey into Pennsylvania, where he met the man at an apartment. The man and minor boy allegedly stayed overnight in the Pennsylvania apartment. During a conversation between the man and law enforcement officials, the man admitted to having sexual contact with the minor boy while at the apartment. Additionally, law enforcement discovered images they claim to depict child pornography on the man’s personal computer.

Law enforcement became aware of the New Jersey man through an international internet probe. In addition to communicating with children on the internet, the man also communicated with other adults internationally.

The New Jersey man is currently facing charges of enticement of a minor for criminal sexual activity, receiving child pornography and possession of child pornography. If the man is convicted, he could face life imprisonment. Additional information regarding the man’s arraignment and potential bail has not been publically released. Sex crimes can have severe penalties and may require the legal assistance of an experience attorney.
